Let's Play Pickleball

Play Pickleball! America's fastest-growing sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis for 2 or 4 players.

Fitness Classes

Kickboxing - A low to medium impact fitness class that uses gloves and wall bags to strengthen the body. Bring your own gloves or borrow a pair of ours. Class is led by Susan King. Tuesdays 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Pilates - A non-impact exercise class that uses yoga moves and stretching for warm – up and cool down. The heart of the class will be focused on strengthening the core.  We have mats and balls available for use, or feel free to bring your own. Class is led by Rebecca Madison. Wednesdays 10:00-11:00 a.m.

* No registration required, just meet in the Gym.
* Classes are offered September through May and will begin again in September, 2023.
