Online registration for Upward Basketball opens Friday September 15th for boys and girls Kindergarten – 6th grade. Our league reached capacity two weeks before registration ended last year and had a very long waitlist. Please DO NOT WAIT to sign up if you plan to play this season.
Kickboxing - A low to medium impact fitness class that uses gloves and wall bags to strengthen the body. Bring your own gloves or borrow a pair of ours. Class is led by Susan King. Tuesdays 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Pilates - A non-impact exercise class that uses yoga moves and stretching for warm – up and cool down. The heart of the class will be focused on strengthening the core. We have mats and balls available for use, or feel free to bring your own. Class is led by Rebecca Madison. Wednesdays 10:00-11:00 a.m.
