a creamy sauce with bacon and chicken for a hearty, delicious dinner.
Sides
Sautéed Asparagus:
quickly pan-seared with olive oil and finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Bread
Crispy, fresh focaccia.
Salad
Spinach & Pear Salad:
fresh spinach leaves paired with sweet, sliced pears and a Dijon mustard dressing.
Dessert
Panna Cotta:
a silky “cooked cream” custard. It’s served with a tart berry coulis.
