Media Director
Hello, I'm Randy Lynn and have been on staff since 2006 as the Media Director. My wife Maria and I married in January 1986. We have 3 grown adult children, 6 grandkids, and our dog Izzy.
I have 45 years of broadcasting and media experience that includes news photography and editing, media system design and installation, and leading a team of volunteers every Sunday to produce live videos that broadcast over the internet. I spent 24 years in radio and television to then realize God can use me to advance his message to the world.
Some fun and notable things over the years have been people I've interviewed, such as Nelson Mandela, Rosa Parks, and Presidents Clinton and Bush, are a few. I've covered many different types of stories, from state executions to hurricanes. In 2017, I was the first photographer inducted into the Virginia Capitol Correspondence Associations Wall of Fame for my years of work at the state capitol.
I have a degree in Radio/Television Speech from Radford University and have completed several Synergetic Audio Concepts courses.
