BGAV Disaster Response – Training for a Team Leader

The Baptist General Association of Virginia (BGAV) believes in the training of all people that go in to the field during a disaster. When you go to each site, you find specially trained team leaders who evaluate and stage each location. This training is key to help the communities in which we serve rebuild in the most effective way.
