COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

Thank you for answering the call! All volunteer positions are full for the

March 27/April 24 Vaccine Clinics.

We’re excited to announce that Buford Road Pharmacy is holding a second clinic to provide a place for people to receive vaccinations.

We’re expecting around 1500 people each Saturday, and we need your help to pull off this great opportunity to help in our community!

We are seeking volunteers that need the vaccine, therefore you will be registering to volunteer on both days to receive the first and second round of vaccine. If you do not need the vaccine, you may still volunteer.

Dates/Times

Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 2 - 4 p.m.* (depending on the number of people):

  • March 27
  • April 24

Volunteer Schedule

  • Arrive at 7 a.m. to assign roles.
  • Meet and train with Buford Road Pharmacy at 7:30 a.m.
  • Event begins at 8 a.m.

Opportunities to Serve

  • Parking Lot Team: Guide people into designated sections of the parking lot.
  • Check-In Table: Give each person a clipboard/wipe clipboards down for the next batch of people.
  • Hospitality Team: Fill the table with bottled water.
  • Gym Monitors: Monitor those waiting after receiving the vaccine/wipe down seats after people leave.

Who Can Serve

  • Anyone 14 years of age or older can volunteer.
  • You don't have to need a vaccine to volunteer. 

I'd Like to Be Vaccinated

If you’re in need of a vaccine, Buford Road Pharmacy will give all volunteers the Moderna vaccine either the day you serve (while supplies last) or on a weekday the following week. Please also sign up on the Buford Road Pharmacy site.  

I Know Someone

If you know someone in category 1a or 1b that may be interested in receiving a vaccine during one of these events, they can sign up on the Buford Road Pharmacy site.
